1/2 Lemon (in wedges)
3 Sprigs of Rosemary
60ml Dinnewell's Yorkshire Rosé Gin
15ml Sugar syrup.
Lemon and Rosemary to garnish
Muddle the lemon on rosemary in a cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients plus ice.
Shake and double strain into a rocks glass, with lots of ice.
Garnish with Lemon and Rosemary.
